ROSE

Rose is just another young woman working at a department store until one night when she returns late to pick up something she left behind and the store mannequins start to follow her, what she thinks is a sick prank is far more sinister as she runs into the Doctor who tells her the night watchmen is dead and the Earth is under attack by a race of living plastic named the Nestine who lost their home world in the war of time.

Now Rose's boyfriend is captured and could be dead as well and a plastic copy is after them while they search for the transmitter that makes Earth plastic move.

THE PLOT:

Being a fan of the original Doctor Who series my expectations was very high and I must say they didn't disappoint. I like the fact they went with full costumes for the mannequin monsters instead of cheesy make up effects. Plus the new CG effects really improve the show, the cast does a great job and a great edition to the Doctor Who family.

THE OPINION:

The Doctor is back and better then ever, this new series which picks up years after the old one ended shows you can't keep an old Time Lord down.
